Antoine Kohler
CEO
Antoine joined CMA as Chief Executive in June 2010. Antoine was previously Managing Director, Information Services, at the interdealer broker ICAP, a role he assumed in 2006.
In a 13-year career at ICAP and its legacy companies Garban and Intercapital, he served initially as head of Business Development and Marketing, and later Director, icap.com and Intercapital Securities Limited. He was previously a manager in business development at Liffe and a Swaps Money Broker at Harlow Butler UEDA.
He has bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Marketing from Université de Bretagne Occidentale (France) and in Economics and Business Administration from Fachhochschule Bielefeld (Germany).
Peter Alexander
Financial Controller
Peter brings over 18 years of combined financial and management experience, from young and fast growing privately owned companies in both service and manufacturing sectors.
Peter's broad international experience includes the development of a hedge fund trading model with Optiontech in Philadelphia, and establishing supply channels between the Far East and Italy.
Previously, as an integral member of the Titan management team, Peter helped to profitably grow Titan (UK), an MBO company from Bowater Scott, from revenues of £3m to £45m over an 8 year period.
Cliff Moyce
COO
Cliff joined CMA in August 2010 to take control of operations, including IT; Client Support; and, Data Management.
Cliff has over 20 years experience in senior change management, operations and IT positions in the City, and has played a significant role in new company start-ups and company turnarounds. Posts held include COO at Orix Investment and Development Capital; Director Systems Development at LIFFE; Director Change Management at M&G; and, Director Programme Management at Markit.
Cliff holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Services.
Steve Tucker
Global Head of Sales and Marketing
Steve joined CMA in September 2011 and has responsibility for all sales, account management, channel partnerships and marketing.
With over 15 years experience of working with software firms in the finance industry, Steve has a proven track record for growing 'challenging' businesses and a reputation for identifying opportunities and maximizing the potential of revenue and staff. Prior to joining CMA Steve most recently served as Head of Investment Management and Trade Processing at Thomson Reuters, was Sales Director at FFastFill from 2003-06, and has worked as an independent business development and sales strategist.
Steve holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from St Martin’s College of Art, a MA in Modern English from Leicester University and a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
Gareth Moody
Vice President of Sales, Americas
Gareth joined CMA as a start up in 2002. Working alongside the founder as the first client facing member of CMA's team, he was responsible for introducing CMA's products, services and brand to the market. In 2005 he moved to New York to initiate a sales and product presence for CMA in North America. In 2009 he was promoted to CMA's management team.
Prior to joining CMA, Gareth was recruited to Dresdner's Structured Credit Sales team as the bank entered the structured credit market for the first time.
Gareth has a BSc Hons. in Physics from the University of Warwick.
